IT IS UNCERTAIN IF THIS IS THE ORGINAL WITH THE POUCH OR A REFILL. THE POUCH SHOWS SLIGHT WEAR AND IS THE REAL DEAL, WAS AN ISSUED ITEM BY THE LOOKS OF ITS CONDITION. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SHOW ALL OF THE IMPERFECTIONS WE HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE BUT THIS PHOTO IS REPRESENTATIVE OF THEM, AND NOT NECESSARILY THE ONE YOU WILL RECEIVE. ITEM SOLD AS IS. Return Policy
Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. The product must be resalable and in the same condition that it was sent to you. We allow a period of 45 days to request a return. All returns will require a RMA number. Shipping is not refundable., example below:You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
